Hofusan Industrial Park

Established in 2015, Hofusan Industrial Park is a modern industrial park for global manufacturing industries developed by Holley Group, Futong Group and Santos Family of Mexico. It’s planning area is 8.5 km², and is located at 20 km north to Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, 200 km to Laredo U.S. approximately. It will be developed into a comprehensive industrial new city which is mainly engaged in industrial development and matched with various public services and residential function.

Hofusan Industrial Park has been recognized as Zhejiang foreign economic and trade cooperation zone. As of January 2019, 5 enterprises have settled in, 1 enterprise has put into production, 6 enterprises have signed cooperation letter of intent. The first phase of standard factory have been completed and sold out and rolling development was underway.
